Evoke by InMode is a hands-free bipolar radiofrequency device designed specifically for the lower face. Submental fullness is not always weight-related. Some patients develop a double chin in adolescence and have a genetic anatomical profile that gives the chin a fuller appearance regardless of body composition. Other patients develop submental fullness gradually with age, as skin laxity, jaw bone resorption, and fat redistribution all contribute. Evoke is not the right answer for every patient. If your goal is the dramatic transformation that only excisional surgery can produce, Evoke will not get you there. The Sculpt and Tighten Protocol is the right approach for patients whose lower face concerns are driven primarily by excess fat volume rather than by skin laxity. We see this profile most often in younger patients, in heavier patients, and in patients with genetic submental fullness or naturally fuller cheeks who do not yet have meaningful skin laxity to address.
