Hartwater’s medical practice is supervised by our Medical Director, Scott Bradley Burris, MD. A veteran in the industry, Dr Burris brings to the practice more than 35 years of experience as a practicing physician in north Dallas and holds a number of prestigious supervisory positions at surrounding hospitals and charitable organizations. Dr Burris’s expert oversight ensures that Hartwater offers the very highest quality of medical care and gives patients an added level of comfort and trust in the treatment protocols they receive.

Stephanie serves as our Laser Safety Officer and Certified Laser Technician, bringing to Hartwater an extraordinary expertise in skin health, aesthetics, and laser science. After completing her undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University, she went on to receive her certification in laser technology and medical aesthetics, specializing in advanced laser treatments for the face and body. As a Certified ZO Skin Expert, Stephanie is also Hartwater's lead skin health provider. In this capacity, she works with patients to develop advanced skin care protocols that are uniquely customized for each individual patient to achieve the best long-term treatment plan.

An Oxford-educated PhD and former Oxford University professor, Dr Madrinkian brings to Hartwater an extensive background in finance and business development in the medical aesthetics industry. In working as a consultant with doctors and medical practices all over the state, he has gained an unparalleled level of experience in the finances of various medical practices, advising physicians on developing business plans for creating highly profitable businesses, as well as consulting on marketing and brand development. At Hartwater, Dr Madrinkian oversees day-to-day business operations and finances, as well as leading marketing and outreach to drive new business growth.
